2. What data we process
This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The only personal data we process is the information you choose to send us:
- via email to hello@freightkernel.com, or
- via the contact form (when active): full name, company, work email, country, company type, main transport modes and your message.
3. Why we process it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry about pilot participation, partnerships or FreightKernel in general, and to maintain the resulting business correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us and taking steps you request before entering into cooperation.
4. Storage and recipients
Contact-form submissions are not stored in any database operated by this website. They are transmitted as email to our business inbox using an email delivery provider acting as a processor. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
5. Bot protection
When the contact form is active it is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare, Inc.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact hello@freightkernel.com.
